Musimbi Foundation
Musimbi foundation is guided by the core belief of: Be Served to Serve. Our mission is to use sustainable community-driven solutions and resources to empower the people of Vihiga County and Kenya at large.
Musimbi Foundation was founded on December 2014 by a family of Vihiga locals who came together for the purpose of supporting community development and improve quality of life.
Upon visiting Kenya after completing their studies in the USA, they realized their former counterparts lacked necessary resources and opportunities. Upon this backdrop, the foundation was established to provide the right mentorship and guidance for a better future. Our hope is to start with one household; change their culture and inner beliefs, that will spiral into an avalanche of inspiration and spearhead societal transformation.
